My extensive IT recruitment experience was initially gained in the City in London recruiting into leading Tier 1 investment banks, Top 4 Consultancies, RDBMS vendors, Oil companies, software houses and telecoms players.
I covered the London and South East of England region and thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of clients, working with a great team of people and being able to offer tailored solutions. I subsquently set up the South West division based in Bristol which then spread into Southern UK and Home counties including Cambridge, Northants etc.
In 2002 I branched out independently and was a founder Director of Emponics so having the freedom to work with clients all over the UK and increasingly abroad in Europe, the United States and Australia.
